The console has been disassembled and re-thermally pasted, with internal components checked. It had accumulated dust, which has been mostly removed. It powers on briefly with a green, yellow, then red light, blinking three times. I attempted to fix it myself but believe it needs additional tools for further repair. There's an unidentified rattling piece inside the console.
